organising tickets for steel panther in the a/a section has been the most stressful part of my week. yet i also have had major assessments in 5 out of 6 of my subjects for school and have been sick for the week.
it isn’t even 6pm yet and I’m in bed. the joys of feeling like death.
I actually feel like shads has beaten the crap out of me right now/ sick life
Despite these being old as fuck and dirty as hell they will always be my favorites
So I just spent the morning packing up my room in order for the new carpet to get put in. Only to find that it can’t be put down today because one tiny thing isn’t right. So now I have to go to school with no makeup on because I haven’t had time to put it on and I haven’t had my tea.
RANT TIME.
so i just saw a post that made me really mad.
some person was saying that they’re bored with avenged because they are getting to be more well known and because the band haven’t released anything in a while.
for one, you should be happy that they are becoming more famous and proud that they have come this far
and secondly, maybe they haven’t released anything in a while because y’know they’ve been dealing with the death of jimmy, and touring the world playing the songs that they wrote to honour him. oh and also maybe the fact that arin hasn’t been confirmed as a permanent member of avenged sevenfold (no hate there, i love arin).
i just think it’s pathetic that ‘fans’ can say that. i think it’s fine to have times where you don’t listen to them as much as you normally would, i mean i definitely do, but to say you’re bored with a band because they’ve gotten popular and haven’t released anything in almost 2 years just makes me really mad. especially since most bands release things every 2-3 years anyway and it hasn’t even been 2 years since Nightmare was released. /end rant.
love hearing my mother bitch about my music to the guy who is going to paint our house. she’s all like ‘it’s all too heavy and have you heard of that slipknot band? they are terrible’
